I built a PC and it works fine now with windows, after I had to install it with a bootable USB stick because the CD came in a pretty bad shape. If anyone knows what to do with it; here's the MGADiag log:

It appears you purchased a OEM (Dell ,HP, Compaq) cd for reinstalling on an OEM system.
This cd will install and boot but it automatically installs the OEM's key. Which will not activate because it is not on the OEM hardware.
The license key is the same for Windows, and office in your case.
The only way to get it to activate is to change the product key to a real COA (certificate of authenticity) key from the sticker on an OEM system or a retail product key.
You purchased instillation media and not a license.
