which RAM should i chose?

Both of them are very similar but I would choose the Savage since they have the lowest latencies.
Maybe I'm an idiot, but these are both 1.65V 2400MHz DDR3 with timings of 11-13-14. Little wonder they cost within $1 of each other on Amazon.
I'd choose based on which color and heatsink I prefer...
Though you should first ask yourself if you can drive that 2400MHz frequency or not. Even at 2133MHz they're still rated for just 11-11-13. In all likelihood you're much better served by something in the same price range at a slower speed with lower latency. Take the G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)(F3-2133C9D-16GXH) for example. That's 2133MHz at 9-11-11 timings, much better than the Hyper X's 2133MHz at 11-13-13.

They both look to be CAS11 @ 2400mhz DDR3 modules. Performance would be pretty much identical. Go with whatever you can get cheaper.
