MEM - Same specs on the Crucial below for less cost.
SSD - Upgraded to a 250GB model.
CASE - Eh... at that price level I like the NZXT belor or Corsair 300r better.
PSU - Fine, but expensive. Changed to an Seasonic...

You don't need z97 unless you going to sli or overclock (your processor is not capable of it). You definitely need more storage than 120 gb and your power supply was not the best so I changed it.
