Which is best out of these r9 390's? XFX, MSI, Sapphire, Powercolor, Gigabyte, HIS and Asus. Which is best cooling/performance vice? Thank you! Also Powercolor is cheapest, others slighly more expensive and MSI is the most expensive.

The Sapphire Nitro 390 is a good card if you can fit it into your case (13.25" x 8.50"). It has 3 fans which should help out tremendously with cooling. Verified buyers that are reviewing the card report temps under 70C while stress testing and gaming which is excellent for a AMD card.

Even better than the MSI one :)?

the amount of fans isn't what always determines how good a cooler is, it's about the design. The MSI not only looks good, but it's cooler design is excellent at dissipating heat, along with the Gigabyte G1 Gaming. The sapphire R9 390 is a great card, but it lacks a backplate which it really needs for it's size and weight (the Sapphire is known for PCB warping, though the cooler is relatively strong). Both the MSI and Gigabyte provide backplates, cool just as well, and are less noisy.
