Graphics card/ drivers not responding!

I've had this graphics card for about 3 mounths now and never faced any issues with it but I dont know if changing to windows 10 is causing this problem but the problems surly started after I upgraded to windows 10. Heres the problem about 2 weeks ago while I was playing a game my screen went black and i got a notification saying my video card or video card drivers stop responding but a few seconds later my game came back so i thought nothing of it. Now moving foward to now while I was playing another game this same thing happened again but now it stayed black so i restart my pc and it only show a white screen. I have no idea whats wrong. Any suggestions?

Which GPU you are using?
Run your system in safe mode and make deep un-install of graphics drivers and re-install it after restarting.
If problem persist then remove your GPU and run your system using built-in graphic card and un-install the external gpu drivers. After un-install shut down the system and put your GPU in the slot and run the system again. Now install the drivers and check it. Also try another windows if you can. And install the latest drivers.
