Should I be worried?

I've noticed that when i place my hand on my computer case, it vibrates. I've not had any other issues, yet..

Probably not. If the vibration is really bad or stopping / slowing / putting resistance on a fan then you should try and remedy the problem.

So, I shouldn't be worried? I can't really hear any noise, unless I get right next to the system.

So, all computers will generate a slight vibration?

My old PC was like a JET with all the fans going. It was really loud regardless and vibrated a lot. I think a slight vibration when you touch it is perfectly normal. If you suspect something is harmful open the case up and clean it out.
