I know a lot of people trust Sapphire with AMD cards but the MSI version looks good too. It also has a back plate. Which one should I go with?

For AMD cards I always go Sapphire. I am usually an Asus die-hard-fan-boy but Sapphire for me is the best ATI/AMD cards manufacturer for the past 10 years. I still have 12-13 year old ATI 7500 (not the HD) from Sapphire working.

I prefer Sapphire as well. The AMD products I've used have been Sapphire and I've enjoyed them. The one AMD card I got last wasn't Sapphire because it was on sale, and man was it incredibly loud. Comparing it to my new 970 would be like comparing the sound of a running electric car next to an F-16 ready for take off. Sapphire is great and never had an issue with their cooling of AMD cards.
