can this run farcry 4 on low to medium ?

Here are the specs.
AMD FX-4300 3.8 GHZ(best amd quad core that there is)
MSI HD R7770 1GB Power Edition
8 GB ddr3 Ram 1600 MHZ
BTW i can run BF3 And FarCry 3 Ultra settings 45-60 sometimes more, 1360x768 (just below 1080p because its my monitors max)

You'll fare fine in the medium-high, or maybe Ultra in that resolution. An older HD 5850 1GB can run BF4 30fps+ with a mixture of med-high settings in 1080p (Phenom II), so for you, it shouldnt pose any problems. Just make sure you didnt tax the GPU too much with MSAA/HBAO+/SSAO etc.

Should be able to run both on low at that res. Medium maybe..... Low definitely.

I ran bf3 on high at that res with a 7770 with an OC. Its a great graphics card.
