In need of good and cheap case that will fit my motherboard.

Hello, I am building a PC, but unfortunately I have ran into a issue. My motherboard (Intel DX58SO LGA1366) will not fit in my Rosewill FBM-05 case. I will send back the case and get my money back but now I have no case. So, I need a new one with comparable quality and price ($20-$30-$40) to the FBM-05 (with fans) that will fit my Intel DX58SO Motherboard. Thanks!

This is a bit more than $40... but I put together a system for someone else a few days ago, and used an NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case. It will take Mini-ITX, MicroATX, ATX motherboards, has USB 3.0 on the front panel, and almost all of the features anyone wants in a case. Here is a link to that system:
