I have everything else and i have about 300 dollars for a cpu
Based on your h series motherboard which has limited overclocking potential, and as a consequence a k series i5 or i7 would be pointless; a Xeon E3-1231 V3 Processor Haswell CPU would be best value. It's effectively the same as as a i7 4770. http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Xeon-E3-1231-v3-vs-Intel-Core-i7-4770
Being based in the UK i'm not sure of $ prices, but the UK you can pick up the xeon for around £197, whilst the i7 retails at £239. Savings i would use towards a good psu or better gpu.
The xeon is only slightly more than the i5 4690 which is its i5 running buddy; but the xeon has better passmark scores...
I have an asrock h97 pro atx LGA1150 for a motherboard, and a evga 600w 80+ silver edition for power. A geforce GTX 960 super sc acx 2.0 for a video card.
Any other specs you would like to know about

The xeon also benefits from Hyper-Threading Technology just like the i7. The i5 doesn't have this. So for medium to heavy photo and video editing which will benefit from HT, the xeon is likely to out perform the i5.
