Hey forums I'm building a simple gaming rig and trying to stay under $800 my friend bought me a mATX tower as seen in the pc part picker link but I was wondering if it will all work alright or there's something better I could get. As I mentioned it's for gaming so I'm looking to overclock. Here's what I'm thinking:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Raidmax Cobra 400W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Solution
To start with, you can't overclock on an H97 board. I'll be back with a revised build. Secondly, if you're going to use a Raidmax PSU, you might as well also buy a sledgehammer and some lighter fluid, and destroy everything as soon as you take it out of the box, because that's the most probable outcome anyhow.

This would be much better. If you don't have your heart set on an Nvidia card, I'd suggest going with the R9 280x which outperforms the GTX 960 but will require a slightly higher capacity power supply as well. Just a thought. It's around the same price as the GTX 960.
