hello, i have a Dell Precision 390 with windows 7 ultimate installed. i have built in speakers but they are not working recently i had a clean install of windows 7 ultimate but it not worked. i go to device manager and updated the driver of the device but it says'the best driver for your device is already installed" and when i go back it is written there "no drivers are loaded for this device. can you tell me it is a driver problem or my device is damaged.

Built in speakers to what? And if you have a sound card it will be the creative drivers, if not the sigmatel. Good luck!
