Help me decide between these B85 motherboards

The Asus Trooper B85 has a longer warranty, but it's limited to 2 SATA devices.
The ASRock B85 Pro4 has 6 SATA ports and an Intel LAN controller.
The Gigabyte B85 HD3 is very similar to the ASRock, but it has a Realtek LAN controller.
I prefer the Intel LAN controller and layout of the ASRock.

Yes I was heading for ASRock. But....
I had some talk with the ASRock importer of our country they suggested me to avoid Pro4 as the supply of the board slowed down recently.
Guess I will be going for Asus.
But the main bump for me is that MAX 16GB ram on Asus B85 Trooper.
And you can guess I am on a very tight budget.
