How do i know if a graphics card needs a power supply?

hi guys

im looking to buy a cheap low end graphics card, enought run H1Z1 but dont have a connector to power it,
i know some cards (my current g210) runs off the slot itself, how do i tell if a card needs a supply or just runs from the slot. if you know what i mean???

thanks for the answers, i mean, i plug my graphics card in to the slot and its ready to go, but some u need to plug in the slot AND connect a cable too. i want one that i can power with just the slot no cables connected as there is none coming from my PSU for it

! The single fan EVGA 750 Ti's do not have power connectors. The double fan EVGA 750 Ti's do have connectors, but they are optional; meaning that the cards will still power on even if you don't use them. I just got off the phone with EVGA technical support to confirm this piece of information.
