So I am looking to upgrade from a Labtop to a PC

So I need a PC, Monitor, Keyboard, and a OS

My price range would preferably be as close to 500$ as possible for the pc and around 200$ for the rest if possible, I have money to make things possible

The Two games I really want to be able to run are
