intel core i3 550 (3.19 ghz)
4gb ddr3 ram(simmtronics)
no graphic card
Windows 10 64bit(previous windows 7 64bit)
250gb harddisk

please please please help me!!!
Thank you very much........

what power supply?

Have you ever ran RAM diagnostics or the Intel Diagnostics for the processor and graphics?

Describe the cooling of your case, and the temperatures you get for the processor and motherboard.

When last have you opened the case and cleaned the dust out?

Who built the PC?

Thanks Karsten75 for helping...

I have tried ram diagnostics which doesn't detect any problems with my pc but i have not tried intel diagnostics..
I will surely try intel diagnostics also...
My power supply:
Input: 220V~4A 50hz
Output: 220V~1.5A 50hz

2 weeks ago, i opened and cleaned it...
My computer was assembled by a computer engineer from whose shop i bought all parts for my pc....

Sorry! but i don't know anything about the temperature and cooling of my case.

If there are any labels on your power supply, take pictures and post them here. The details you gave are meaningless and incorrect.

Download Open Hardware Monitor and install it. Use it to track your PC temperatures.

Can you not ask the computer engineer that assembled the computer for help? Surely he will provide some after-sales service and support?

That's a very old, under-powered system. Likely-hood is it's running at 100% and probably overheats when you're gaming.

Might be worth doing a complete upgrade, spend £400-£500 on a decent PC and that'll keep you going for years to come. If you don't intend on getting a GPU then either wait for the new Skylake processors or go for Broadwell as the iGPU can handle games at moderate resolutions.
