I have a new HP notebook that's running through a modem (new cat 6 Ethernet cable). ISP tested modem and it runs at over 300 mbps. Laptop latency is only 25 download and 23 upload. Running Windows 10 - HP says Windows is still working on new drivers and that's the problem. ISP says I'm getting over 300 mbps.
