The Antec TruePower Classic 650W (TP-650C) is the better of the two since its based on a modern DC-to-DC circuit design that results in more stable voltage regulation. This model uses Seasonic as the OEM.

The Seasonic S12II Bronze 620W (SS-620GB Active PFC F3) uses an old group regulated design and has the drawbacks associated with that old design.
