I have an AT&T netgear router:
Gateway Name VersaLink
Model B90-755025-15
The wifi security is set to WPA2-PSK(AES).
Connecting to the wifi from my phone is just fine, and as long as im using it, it works fine. But if i don't use my phone for a good 20-30 minutes, the router drops the internet connection, im still connected to the wifi, but no internet. This has been happening ever since i got it but im finally dead tired because its draining my phones battery as apps try to sync over wifi but there's no internet and they keep trying to sync and drain the battery.
What is wrong with this router. Its not my phone as it worked great with my old router and my repeater just fine without dropping connection. Should i switch to WEP authentication instead? or what?
This router has like no settings like power, channel, etc. only mode and password and SSID.
