I AM VARY CONFUSED TO CHOOSE A MONITOR I NEED A 27 INCH 2560x1440 RESOLUTION AND 144HZ REFRESH RATE MONITOR FOR FAST GAMING MY PC SPECS IS CORE I7 4790K 16 GB DDR3 2400MHZ RAM AND MY GRAPHICS CARD IS NVIDIA GTX 970 GIGABYTE G1 GAMING SLI

well, 144hz, g-synch and 27 inch, IPS, 2560x1440, are all found in Acer XB270HU
I don't personally have that so I cannot give personal opinion but as far as I see, it is a decent choice.

if you want to go with TN panel instead, Asus ROG Swift PG278Q has all of the above with said TN over IPS panel choice.
