I have this problem quite some time, like a year or more, but it was month ago gone for good, now out of nowhere started again:

1. Random freezes (texture like screen)
2. Turns on when pc gets power (BIOS option disabled, button disconnected)
3. In bios voltages looks normal, but when i installed monitoring soft, voltages looked strange...
4. Also windows won't shutdown with "Shutdwon" from windows start menu, only with Restart and
it dosent work always, sometimes pc just restarts (p.s.:I know "Choose what buttons do", also "shutdown -h" skip it.). [NOT SURE 4th IS CAUSED BY HARDWARE].

I read somewhere, mobo could also cause all this, so i'm waiting for your answer.

PSU: Chieftech 750w
MOBO: ixtreme m5850

There is no A80 series, but there is an A90 series.which is OEM by Channel Well Technology. They do make good PSUs, but the PSU that you have has a low 12V reading. Please replace this with a PSU from Tier 1 or Tier 2 from here - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
