AMD A10 7700k Heat Problem

Hi Im having issues with my cpu temps, ON idle i get 50c flat, when im browsing the internet i get 60 - 65c, and at 100% load 90c. Is This Normal?

I am using the AMD a10 7700k APU

Arctic Freezer extreme rev.2 Heatsink. arctic mx-2 Pre Applied

Sapphire HD 7970 Vapor-X 3GB GPU

8GB RAM

500w Power Supply.

I should also mention that i only have 1 case fan which is at the back of the case and when i put my hand next to the outside i cant really feel much air coming out

it has a fan slot on the side, so il look into buying a fan for that, thankyou for your reply. This is my current case http://www.pcnation.co.uk/product/13439/avp-mamba-mid-tower-black-case-with-card-reader/
