I'm going to build a new pc soon and i was wondering if the psu i chose is enough to power the whole system and possibly run a mild overclock on either cpu or gpu in the future.
PC specs:

AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
Arctic Cooling Freezer A11 74.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC ACX 2.0 Video Card
Zalman Z11 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case
Antec TruePower Classic 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply
BenQ GL2460HM 60Hz 24.0" Monitor

No. If you want to overclock the AMD cpu & GTX 970 you'll need 650 watts from a good quality PSU such as the Antec you already picked.

It should be fine, as long as no sli is in the future. You need 470W to run stock, according to CM. Might I recommend the Z11 Neo (5 bucks more than the plus, but better) and Cooler Master 212 Evo (more powerful than the a11) though? And a higher HZ on your monitor, like 144Hz. You'll be stuck at 60 FPS with that BenQ.

I would like to fit a 144Hz monitor in my budget but as of now i can't really unless i step down and get a lower priced card. Thank you for the info on the case, cpu cooler and about the monitor :D

Do you think i can change this build in any way to be able to fit a 144hz monitor, while having a powerful enough system to have a constant higher than 144fps? Such as adding a gtx 960 in here and then adding a intel cpu instead of the amd one or anything like that?

It's not worth backing down on gpu and such. The monitor is fine until you have the money to buy it. Stay with the 60hz one, then you could replace or use it as a second screen after getting enough to buy a 144hz. They run at about 250 for agood AOC one. Good luck!
