Performance loss from 900p to 1080p?

Hi there, I'm playing games at 1440x900 because of my monitor and performance is quite good, I have 30-40 and sometimes 50 fps in GTAV on Very-High-Ultra MSAA2 settings and now I'm planning to buy Full HD monitor and will be there big performance loss? Will it take 10-20 fps less in games?
PC specs:
AMD Athlon X4 760k
8Gb RAM 1600mhz
Sapphire R7 260x 2GB OC.

Yes there will be a big hit in fps if you switch to 1080p. The 260x is not a very strong gpu for 1080p and your cpu is entry level as well.

You will feel a hit to your performance and it means you will probably have to take your settings down a notch (High without MSAA) in order to have about the same FPS.

The 750k + 260x would be a medium settings combo at best at 1080p.
