Hello,

I recently completed my first computer build. I installed twin graphics cards (GEFORCE GTX 970 from MSI) that are the exact same. Both are detected in the device manager. I connected an SLI bridge and it did not detect SLI in the NVIDIA control panel. I checked to make sure the motherboard was SLI compatabile. I bought the exact same cards. I tried a second bridge. I completely uninstalled the drivers and started fresh. What else is left?

Link to build is here. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/jackstraw95/saved/

In NVIDIA control panel, I see http://imgur.com/CIMilQE

Looking in my machine, I see http://imgur.com/ziXekwb

Quick overview of system:

Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card (2-Way SLI)
MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card (2-Way SLI)
Cooler Master V1000 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
I had the setup my self. I had the same issues. I just physically replace the cards into the motherboard and reinstall drivers everytime. After 3rd time of repeating the process, it worked for me.
