Split Acronis Backup Files on Hard Drive; Restoring Computer

Alright, so I know I posted over in the Windows 8 thread about my hard drive crashing and not having a backup, but after checking again I do seem to have a full backup of my computer. Here's the issue.

I backed my computer up with Acronis. It appears to be a full backup, as the naming convention says "full" and not "inc" or "diff." The problem is that the backup was split into 33 files no larger than 4 GB, presumably because the external hard drive I put the files on is FAT32 and will not allow files larger than that.

After searching online, it appears that there is absolutely no way to combine these 33 .tib files into one large file. What if I somehow transferred these individual files to a hard drive which supports larger files? Would that still not work?

Ultimately, I am trying to restore my computer which now has a brand new hard drive because the other one crashed. I would hate to think I have a perfectly good backup that is going to be rendered completely useless because the files were split up.

Thanks for your help!
