Windows 7 Dos start screen appearing before windows 7 logo animation

Its not the normal BIOS information dos screen that always appears at system boot up .But theres another screen too that flashes for a few seconds before vanishing .During Windows 7 start up . I see the option {start Windows 7} in that Dos screen appearing before Windows 7 starts .
