Motherboard Can't Boot to BIOS or Windows HELP ASAP

Brand: Z97 Saber Tooth Mark S 3

Problem: Whenever I start up the PC it comes up with the motherboard watermark as usual but I cannot press F2 or DEL to get into the BIOS, so I cant get into BIOS and after the watermark it goes to a black screen forever. I need help ASAP.

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute. Disconnect the HDD/SSDs and start the board. See if able to access the BIOS.

After unplugging, unplugging all SSDs and HDDs and waiting one minute to put the CMOS battery back in, it does not work, just after the ASUS screen goes to the setup screen but when I press F1 It goes back to the black screen.
