I was using Action! on Win 7 but after upgrading to Win 10 it stopped working and after some looking around I found Loilo Game Recorder. It's actually free with no water marks or file size limits and it records tiny file sizes with almost no FPS loss. The only down side is it doesn't have a ton of options but you can still pick quality, fps recorded, audio and mic volume, and all the other basic things. I guess to make up for it being free they try to sell you their video editing software which screwed up my video when I tried the free trial . Anyway if you are looking for IMO the best recorder paid or free try Loilo.

BTW if someone at Loilo sees this and wants to pay me for advertising I will gladly accept lol

I have AMD and used the built in recorder. Loilo is 10x better. I just recorded a 21 min BF3 clip in 1080 30fps and it was like 4gb...thats pretty damn good.

I have tried just about everything out there at this point and Loilo is by far the best quality with lowest FPS drop and file size. I just made this post to let other people know who use things like OBS, DXtory, MSI Afterburner or FRAPS (I hope no one uses FRAPS) that there is a much better solution out there for free. It can also be used just as an FPS counter but it's always in the top left.
