Is an 500w PSU enough to handle a factory overclocked HD7950 windforce edition?

Recently bought an HD7950, i was reading that a 500W psu should be enough to run it. However, my GPU came with a factory overclock of 1000mhz.
These are my specs: FX 6300 not OC, 2 hard drives, 6 120mm computer fans, and the Gigabyte 7950. I want to know if my computer can run this Graphics card.

Your EVGA would work as a temporary psu, but you need to make it a priority to upgrade it sooner than later.

This is the reason you ask for help BEFORE you buy the parts.

I have the EVGA 500W 80 plus. I already bought all of the parts. Is it possible to under clock my gpu so it won't use too much power?
