AMD FX-8350 vs Intel i7 4790k... for my needs

Lately I have been looking around to upgrade my current pc. While browsing CPU's I came across a big controversy... should I go with AMD or Intel. Right now I am only really gaming, but in the future I plan to start up a YouTube channel and maybe some streaming. And at the end of the day... some video editing will be needed to be done. My question is, for my use, will the i7 make that big of a difference from the AMD FX-8350?

Yes. Back in 2012, that was a worth while consideration, but as that is the same CPU AMD was selling in 2012 and has yet to release anything better in the same time that it has taken Intel to release 4 consecutively better processors, Intel has continued to improve while AMD has continued to not be competitive.
