Why i3? It has only 2 cores and 3.7ghz amd atholon is cheaper and has 4 cores with 3.8ghz and guys im thinking about video card that with what i could play games long time about ~3-4yrs

Ok i would change 2 things in his build RAM and GPU

Ram with same specs wont change perfromance - http://www.kilobaitas.lt/Print/Print.aspx?Page=ItemPrint_v01&ID=418018
And better GPU - http://www.kilobaitas.lt/Print/Print.aspx?Page=ItemPrint_v01&ID=615440

This gets you to: 453,90 € / 1567,23 Lt

Some benchmarks
CPU(x4 860k is just a bit better than fx-4300) http://www.hardwarepal.com/best-cpu-gaming-9-processors-8-games-tested/
GPU: http://www.techspot.com/review/1049-nvidia-geforce-gtx-950/

guys what you think about this build:
GPU: ASUS GTX 750 Ti Strix 4gb - 163,45 € 564,36 Lt
CPU: Intel Core i3-4170, Dual Core, 3.70GHz Processor- 119,50 € 412,61 Lt
MOBO: ASRock H97 ANNIVERSARY LGA1150 Motherboard - 73,41 € 253,47 Lt
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1600MHz DDR3 CL9 -50,25 € 173,50 Lt

i dont need new psu because all these are not using more than 240W because now i have 220-240W PSU

never said that GTX 750TI is bad, but its not worth spending more on 4gb version because you wont gain almost nothing maybe 1-3 FPS, but if you go with GTX 950 you will get a lot more FPS, if you OC GTX 950 it can perfrom about the same as stock GTX 960

As i alread suggested for your budget i would buy this parts
