Looking to upgrade CPU without upgrading MoBo

I have a N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX with an XFX AMD Radeon HD 7700 and a 450W PSU, can I run a CPU with a TDP of 125W? Specifically, my board has an AMD Athlon II X4 650, which is awful. It's max TDP is 95W. I'm looking to upgrade to an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T but as I mentioned, it's TDP is 125W. I'm not sure if the TDP is determined based off of the boards ability, or the systems power capacity with the 250W factory PSU. If 95W is all I can handle, then I will be getting the AMD Phenom II X4 960T.

Thanks!

Solution
the max tdp of the board is 95w so no it wont support a 125w cpu.
you go off the socket on the motherboard for the max tdp rating of the cpu's to use.

I mainly use the PC for occasional gaming, like DayZ, and Arma3. Nothing hardcore. However, if the board absolutely cannot handle anything more than a 95W processor, then why would the boards page identify Phenom II CPUs as compatible products?

But then why does my boards page say it's compatible with CPUs that are a higher TDP? At this point, it's probably more efficient to just get a new board and a better Intel anyway, but I'm still trying to figure this out. Thanks guys!
