Please help me understand CrystalDisk Output

Solution
This is saying that your disk has had uncorrectable read/write errors. Some part of that disk is failing. It will eventually fail completely. It is time to move critical data off that disk backup other things and prepare to replace that disk. Maybe not today, but within months usually.

Thanks! Was afraid of that but luckily backup up everything. Just ordered a new disk.

0x10 bad sectors is really not that bad, you just want the disk firmware to deal with them and it wont until it has free time. Like when you boot into BIOS and leave the drive idle. You could also do a full format of your drive to get the system to mark any new bad sectors as bad so the file system will not use them.

This is one reason windows 8.x and above is better, it will relocate data sectors that are starting to fail and mark the sectors bad in the filesystem so they will not be used. Windows 7 you get the fun of finding and fixing this yourself. (Do a full format not a quick format)
