If you can afford it this would be great.

Asrock Z97 Pro4 will easily overclock up to 4.6 Ghz when paired with the Hyper 212X

The Samsung 840 Evo is an amazing SSD and is probably the most recommended SSD currently.

XFX TS is a Tier 2 PSU with excellent components and great efficiency.

Also nice choice on the GTX 980 i would highly recommend the G1 Gaming for the GTX 980.
