The X4 860K is essentially the CPU of a top-end A10 APU with the iGPU disabled, so is more powerful than the A8 6600K. The X4 860 is also more modern and uses a smaller manufacturing process.

Yes. You have a discrete GPU. so the lack of an iGPU does not matter. The X4 860 is somewhat faster and newer than the A8 6600K. Is there a price difference?
