So I ordered some pc parts and I got them assemblied from the place I bought them. I assemblied my monitor (Dell E2414H) and then connected the vga and dmi cables in the ports on the back of my computer. I powered it on but there was no signal coming on the monitor and a message appeared saying 'The device will now go on power saver mode' or something. I did some steps (apart from the one that I have to remove the RAM) that were stickied on this site but nothing helped. Anyway today I noticed there are some beeps when I power on my computer. The first two seem like the normal ones and are short but after one second another two come in a timeline of a second. I searched for the beep code but found nothing for this specific motherboard (Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H-A). Anyone knows what the beeps mean and what is causing the lack of power to the monitor?
I also want to say that I tested the dell monitor on a different comupter and it worked and in addition I tested my new system on a different monitor and still not showing signal. The fans are working and the HDD when I boot the pc so I am assuming they are fine. I also haven't installed any windows yet.
Anyway I am going to have it checked tomorrow at the store I bought it but I wanna now what's going on prior to my visit there.
Plus two of the three front usb slots are not working. The others on the back are working fine too.
Not sure if this is linked with the beeps and the monitor.
Thanks in advance and sorry for any inconvenience.

Solution
Make sure that you've properly connected the RAM modules. Then check if the monitor is connected to the graphics card (if using one) and not to the motherboard.
