recommended psu rating for my 4790k

Hi,

I have a current cpu setup and would like to wish to move some components to a smaller case and would like to know what is the recommended psu rating ( i will be using a pico psu) for this:

mobo: maximus VII impact
processor: intel i7 4790k
memory: 2 8gb ddr3 at 1333 mhz (forgot the brand)
hdd: samsung 850 pro
cooler: stock cooler or I can use my spare $50 to buy a new one that will be appropriate.

hi archaic,

thank you for your response, what is igpu? separately is there any hope for me to bring this unit to a portable size. i am currently using a corsair 250d and it's too heavy to lunge around back and forth on my house and in my office. i was planning to use my antec isk 110 for this but i am worried i may not be able to find a psu that can supply this setup well enough for it to handle a full day of work.

thanks archaic. case looks nice, but it seems the size difference on my current case is too small to justify me buying it. I also have a atx psu (seasonic x650) and if i'll go with other cases that won't use a pico, i'd rather bring my gtx 970 with me (if i'm not going to use a pico or a psu smaller than a sfx or something).
