Help! Built me a new pc, my monitor doesnt recieve any signal!

So basically I built me a new pc with these specs and all brand new parts: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/vMvdVn

But! I am afraid I have done something really wrong as I cannot seem to get any conection to my monitor. When I boot it up I see light in every component and all fans are spinning. Exept the fans in my gpu, but I should not expect those to as my gpu is supposed to be silent unless it is under big pressure.
So what can the issue be?

It finally works, I dont know what it was exactly, but I assume that it had something to do with how my motherboard detects devices.
What I did was taking the battery out of the motherboard to reset the cmos(after taking out the battery you hold the case power button for like 10 sec), insert the battery again, plug in my gfx, attach my monitor cable, then the power cable for the gfx, the power cable for my psu, turned it on and after entering the bios and pressing save and reset it booted up normally.

I had until then been running on integrated graphics which worked perfectly fine.

So yeah, some things we will just never fully understand I guess!
