Good mobo for gaming

Hi,

My friend is gonna get the ASRock Z75 Pro3. I'm gonna chip in some of my own money for him. He says he'll OC a little, after all. So what do you think of this build?

-Case: Enermax Ostrog GT
-Mobo: ASRock Z75 Pro3
-CPU: i5 2500k @ 3.3Ghz
-GPU: MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II
-PSU: Antec 650W
-RAM: 8GB
-Cooler: Noctua NH-14

The Asus Z77 Extreme4 is pushing the budget a little too much, actually. Just buying the Asus Z75 Pro3 is tight on the budget. However, if you think the Asus Z75 Pro3 isn't good enough to play games, with the other parts I've listed, then I guess I can put more money towards the Asus Z77 Extreme4. >_<

Yeah, I guess. Can my friend still OC to 4.2Ghz with the 2500k? If not, I can get the ASrock Z77 Extreme4 mobo.

I'm probably gonna get the ASrock Z77 Extreme4, instead. Will that OC the 2500k very well? He will have proper cooling cause he has the Noctua NH-D14 to put on.
