Recently I started thinking of building a new machine with skylake. As I have no interest in heavy games and my main use for it will be programming, I won't buy any graphic cards and I will stick to the integrated one. So my main question is, If you can suggest me any psu that will handle this simple system.
The problem is that I plan to OC the chip (with prob. ASUS Z170-A and noctua NH D14), and I want my system to stay for 4-5 years. However I don't plan to do any heavy rendering or use it 24/7.
The main PSU that I consider is the 300W be quiet! pure power L8. But is its quality enough for my use? Most of the high quality psu's have really high wattage rating and I don't feel like paying too much on something that I won't use.
