Hi,
I currently own the following laptop:
Toshiba Satellite C55-C5241.
I changed the ram cards from the originals to
G.Skill Ripjaws SO-DIMM 1.35 volts
F3-1600C9D-16GRSL 16gb (2 x 8g) DDR3
SO-DIMM 1.35V Dual Channel.
I have installed these ram sticks and have noticed close to no change at all. What i am seeing on CPU-Z is that i am running dram frequency of 798.7. By the way, I am running windows 10 and for some reason the BIOS settings wont allow me to change power output or frequency for the ram. There is no area to change it as i am used to with older bios. I tried to run software such as MSI control center or memset but they wont run on my system. Can someone help me put my ram on the proper settings for its full potential?
