Hello, I'm building my first gaming pc and I would like to know if it's any good or what I can change to make it better.

Here it is: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wQw7jX (with a 1 TB hard drive and optical drive from my current computer)

I would like to get around 60 FPS on ultra high settings. Right now, I'm using a 720P Vizio T.V. as a monitor.

Games I play/will be playing:

- Spintires

-BeamNG.drive

- Black ops 2

- Black ops 3

- Need For Speed: Most Wanted

Sorry if I sound demanding with the FPS and settings, I'm just tired of getting 18-25 FPS on ultra low settings with my current computer

Solution
Yes, you will be able to pay every game in ultra settings. The 380 is meant for 1080p and can easily drive a 720p monitor. If you can spare another $50, you can add a 1 tb hard drive as 120gb is very low for a gaming computer.

My opinion:
Choose 4590 instead of 4460. 4590 has best performance per dollar.
Choose Kingston or Crucial RAM. GSkill has a higher RMA Value as compare to those two.

More suggestion:
Choose a Haswell Processor 4570 instead of Haswell Refresh processor like 4460. Combine it with H81 chipset motherboard. It will save you some dollars. Spend it on a better graphic card or buy a HDD from that money.
