Hello, i have a z170 pro gaming and when i turn off the system, it keeps the MOBO leds, and a led in the gpu on, and a cosmetic light on the mouse on.
Is the system really off?
How can it be powered off completely? Should i just switch off the psu button?
Thanks in advance.

Hi

That is part of the specification for atx motherboards and power supplies that after shutting down windows or Linux etc the psu is capable of delivering about half an amp of 5 volt to motherboard
This can be used to charge 5 volt devices from USB ports ( bios option)
Enable the lan / Ethernet port to stay on to detect wake on lan signal
And led mice stay on

Led on motherboard is a warning not to add or remove components while power still on
For saving more energy, switch off at wall socket or unplug or if psu has external switch use that
