I have 3 power supplies that work just fine, but are extremely loud no matter what the load is. They go full blast on startup. I opened up one (they are the same) and looked under the sticker of the fan to try and oil it up but there was nothing underneath it. The only opening it the fan has is around the center, a gap around the circumference of the cylinder that contains the moving pieces, and i can see the copper through it. I didn't put any oil there.

I turned it on using the paperclip and it goes full power being so loud. Replacing the fan would require soldering and I would like to avoid it.
Should I put oil in the only opening it has?
What else could be causing it to be so loud?
Is it maybe overheating and thats why the fan goes full power as soon as it is turned on?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my english. Not my native language and sometimes I have trouble explaining things.
