These are the parts I was thinking about. I am not planning on overclocking. I will be using a Wireless PCI Adapter

CPU- Intel Core i5-4590
CPU Cooler- Default
Motherboard- ASUS H97 ProGamer ATX or ASRock H97 Pro4 ATX
Case- NZXT Phantom 410 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case (preferably)

I'll take any advice I can get and if I left anything out my apoligies. Thanks for the help.

If this is too much, I think your case is overpriced for your budget. You would take a big hit on performance or quality if you cut back anywhere else.
