What kind of CPU would I need to stream?

Basically have a budget of 800 and I'm moving from a general computer from 2007. I wanted to stream only League of Legends with only chat and Spotify open. I'm unsure if I should stick with an i5 or an i7 since there are mixed results. I would like to run 1080p @ 30 frames as I heard 60 frames on flash is killer.

Any advice would be great

definitely possible. I'm running with an i5 and msi gtx 970 as well.
