Hello

I have started playing Fallout 3 and New Vegas again but for some reason i only get low fps indoors on default high settings of which the game put me on.

I have used the memory aware address .EXE in and the stutter remover has fixed the clammy stutter but i don't use the clamp setting due to the game slowing down in gun battles.

I think its to do with assets loading in.

Input would be very helpful

Solution
Your GPU should be strong enough to run the game, but your CPU is an old, weak model. Your CPU might be bottlenecking. Quick check: Try lowering your resolution as low as it will go. If your framerates don't improve noticeably, then you're probably CPU limited.
