max resolution 1024x768p after foramatting my pc

hello guys please help
well i bought a new hd monitor to play ps4 and im using it as my pc monitor too using win xp btw ,, everything was fine till i formatted my computer then the resolution became low max is 1024x768p n it still works fine at 1080p with my ps4 what's wrong ?

yes i did n whats funny bout it is when i desinstal the drivers it works but the computer became very slow like if i tried to watch a 1080p it lags ut when i install the driver it doesnt work :/

So, you bought a 1080p monitor. Your PC was working fine, running at native resolution. You then formatted your PC. Now it doesn't run at native resolution.

You obviously deleted something important that allowed your onboard graphics to run at 1080p. First idea would be drivers, yes. However, those didn't work. If drivers didn't work, then you're looking at an unsupported OS. I've never seen specific drivers for XP Sweet. Have you found some?

that's exactly what happened
yeah i found some like ATI Radeon Calytics or something but it didnt work
