That CPU was launched over 5 years ago now. We have gone through the 1156, 1155, 1150, and are currently moving to the 1151 socket for Intel CPU's.
My guess is that within 2 years, motherboards for that CPU will become hard to find.
I just went though some of the motherboards that came up at Amazon.com. They mostly have the same features. 1156 socket, PCIe 2.0 slots, USB 3.0 ports, 4 memory slots, and more. Prices are all over the map though. So in addition to what I listed that must be on the motherboard you end up buying, I am going to suggest Asus, AsRock, Gigabyte, or Intel motherboards. Avoid the other brands.
As long as you make sure you have the items I listed in my last post, and you use the brands that I listed in this message, you will pretty much need to decide if you want an ATX standard sized motherboard, or a Micro ATX (m-ATX) motherboard (its smaller with less PCIe slots, and often cheaper as well). And the brand. Everything else should be ok for you.
